While we would prefer that you call us first, sometimes a secondary resource is required. Please use the appropriate links and contact numbers in your merchant portal to start a ticket, or call the processor directly. You will be asked for your Merchant ID number and business information when you call so it is best to have this information handy prior to contacting these support professionals. If you are unaware of your account number, fear not, you will still receive the help you need but you may have to answer some additional questions.
